Micro AI Systems is the business systems division of Montford Orbis Limited, operating from Ghana and serving local and international clients. References to “we”, “us” and “our” in these policies mean Montford Orbis Limited acting through Micro AI Systems.

Use the Policy Request Centre for privacy requests, complaints, accessibility assistance, cancellation questions and security reports. You can receive replies in the request thread without a public business email address.

How these documents work together

The website Terms & Conditions govern public website use. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle information; it is not a waiver of your rights. Paid work requires a separately accepted project agreement. Service and refund provisions apply to a project only when expressly incorporated into that agreement.

Applicable mandatory law takes priority over any inconsistent policy or contract clause. A change to these pages does not retrospectively rewrite a signed project agreement.

Ghanaian law and international clients

Our legal framework is the law of the Republic of Ghana, including its 1992 Constitution and applicable legislation. Relevant sources include the Constitution, the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and the Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 (Act 772), as amended. These policies preserve applicable rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any mandatory protections that apply to an international client.
