Accessibility Statement

1. Our approach

Montford Orbis Limited aims to make the Micro AI Systems public website usable by people with different abilities, devices and connection conditions. Accessibility is part of how we plan content, navigation, forms and motion.

We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as an improvement target. This is not a statement of certified or independently verified conformance.

2. Controls implemented on the website

• A skip-to-content link, structured headings and labelled navigation.
• Keyboard-operable links, buttons and expandable question sections.
• Form labels, explanatory text and submission feedback.
• Alternative text for informative images and text explanations alongside concepts.
• A motion-pause control and support for the operating system’s reduced-motion preference.
• Responsive layouts and locally served fonts, pictures and films.

Ambient films are decorative and silent; important service information is available as text.

3. Known limitations and ongoing review

Independent accessibility auditing and comprehensive rendered-browser and assistive-technology testing have not yet been completed. Long policy pages, dialog focus, responsive navigation and motion playback remain areas for continued verification. We do not claim that every browser and assistive-technology combination is free of barriers.

External sites reached through reference links have their own accessibility arrangements.

4. Request assistance

Use the Policy Request Centre, choosing “Accessibility assistance”. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, the barrier and any format or adjustment that would help. Device or assistive-technology details are optional. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis.

You may ask for information in a more accessible format or help with a website process. The request centre returns a reference and private access key for follow-up. If someone submits a request on your behalf, they should disclose only the information you authorise.

5. Feedback and rights

We review reports, prioritise barriers affecting access and explain the action or alternative we can provide. If the response does not resolve the concern, use the complaints process. This statement does not limit a right available under Ghanaian or other applicable mandatory law.
