1. Current public website
The public website does not install advertising pixels, behavioural analytics, third-party video embeds or third-party font services. Its images, films and fonts are served with the website. External links lead to separate sites with their own practices.
The Website links to a separate client account origin for invited customers. Client account sessions use a secure, HttpOnly session cookie for authentication and account security. Staff sign-in takes place in the separate Command environment. Public inquiries and policy-request facilities do not rely on staff or client authentication cookies. Client and staff sessions have separate audiences and permissions.

Use “Pause motion” in the footer to pause ambient films and animated effects. An operating-system reduced-motion preference takes priority. You can clear the saved website choice using the control below; your operating-system preference still applies.
You can also clear this site’s data through your browser settings. Browser restrictions may prevent a preference being remembered. Unsaved form text can be lost on reload, so keep a copy if needed.
4. New tools and permission
If optional analytics, advertising or other tracking is introduced, this notice and the relevant controls must be updated before that activity begins. We will obtain any permission required by the applicable law and provide a way to change that choice. This page is not consent to future tracking.
